Hey, lovelies!

Today, I’m sharing my secret morning potion with you. No matter the season, I’m an iced coffee enthusiast through and through, rain or shine. My magic begins with my trusty Nespresso machine, some oat milk, and a splash of coffee syrup. This recipe is as simple as it sounds, and the result is a delightful pick-me-up that’s bound to put a smile on your face.

First things first, the Nespresso machine. Pop your favorite pod in and let it work its magic. The rich aroma fills the kitchen, giving me the boost I need to kick start the day.

While the coffee is brewing, it’s time to prep the milk. I’m an oat milk aficionado – it’s rich, creamy, and makes the perfect companion to my coffee. Pour it into your Nespresso frother up to the first line. To this, add about half a tablespoon of coffee syrup. My go-to is Jordan’s Skinny Syrups. They add that subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the robust flavors of the coffee.

Make sure to set the frother on the cold setting. As it whirs away, it froths up the milk and syrup, creating a delicious, creamy mixture that is heavenly.

Once the coffee is ready, and the milk is perfectly frothy, it’s time to assemble this delicious creation. Pour the frothy milk into your favorite glass, top it up with the brewed coffee, throw in some ice cubes, pop in a straw, and voila! You’ve got yourself a refreshing, homemade iced coffee that’s absolute perfection.

So, there you have it, my everyday indulgence. A simple yet luxurious start to the day that’s too good not to share. Give it a try and let me know how you like it. Cheers to more mornings filled with iced coffee bliss!

Stay caffeinated, my friends!
